Concréte
Concréte was completed in 2019. We have been working with our clients for many years now and this was yet another project that we successfully completed for them. Concréte was the brainchild of architect George Kouparitsas and it goes without saying, that the beauty lies in the photos. Featuring concrete tilt panel walls, stunning swimming pool, 4 bedrooms and a wine cellar, this home is just a masterpiece of design and construction.

Bowler Street
Paddington
Set in prestigious inner city Paddington, sat 2 run down houses that were desperately in need of renovating. We set about breathing new life into these beauties but remained very conscious not to lose their heritage beauty internally. An extension to the rear of the homes were constructed to add extra space, while the front of the homes were renovated to maintain their history.
Bracken Ridge New Build – AMAROO
We are incredibly proud of this stunning home in Bracken Ridge, named AMAROO by its owners. This project features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 kitchen spaces for this foodie family, and three lock-up garages. It also showcases polished concrete floors, custom-made cabinetry and benchtops, and an incredible internal staircase.

Taigum Home Renovation
We were thrilled to bring this incredible property back to modern-day living through an extensive renovation. The owners’ brief included updating two bathrooms, the laundry, and the kitchen, as well as installing new tiling throughout. This house had so much potential, and updating its most important features has made the living space even more special.
Among the Gums
‘Spatuzzo Build were our chosen builders to help us convert a family home on 2 acres into a ‘Home Away from Home’ Respite for people with disabilities. From day one Matt worked tirelessly with us to help us turn our vision and dream into reality.
This was a unique and challenging project requiring excellent planning from commencement and a good working relationship throughout the project. In addition to being professional, Matt and his team are friendly and approachable. We enjoyed our time working alongside them during the construction phase of our project, are grateful for their ongoing guidance and their demonstrated commitment to the highest standard of results.
Our requirements were unusual and Matt took the time to understand what we needed. His professional expertise and flexible approach were invaluable, allowing us to explore and implement some creative solutions to achieve amazing results. Being a not for profit community organisation, it was very important for us to keep costs down and work within our budget. Matt was able to assist us with this, helping us to plan the project effectively with an agreed balance of professional building services, independent contractors and DIY. Watching the changes emerge each week was very exciting and we are so proud of the end result. We know that many families will benefit from our unique respite experience and enjoy a stay at ‘Among the Gums’.
